It is evident that I have them in my garden too.<\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a href=\"http:\/\/baroga.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/04\/dscn9849.jpg\" class=\"thickbox no_icon\" title=\"dscn9849.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/baroga.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/04\/dscn9849.thumbnail.jpg\" alt=\"dscn9849.jpg\" class=\"imageframe imgaligncenter\" height=\"360\" width=\"282\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Von den vielen Wildkr\u00e4utern die sich im Garten ansiedeln, ist mir dieses eigentlich noch ganz angenehm.<\/p>\n<p><font color=\"#333399\">From all the wildflowers (weed) which I have in my garden, I like this one in a way.<br \/>\n<\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a href=\"http:\/\/baroga.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/04\/dscn9843.jpg\" class=\"thickbox no_icon\" title=\"dscn9843.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/baroga.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/04\/dscn9843.thumbnail.jpg\" alt=\"dscn9843.jpg\" class=\"imageframe imgaligncenter\" height=\"270\" width=\"360\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ich mag die leuchtende Farbe und die Bl\u00fcten werden oft auch in einen Blumenstrauss miteinbezogen.<\/p>\n<p><font color=\"#333399\">I love the bright colour and the flowers I often use when arranging a  bouquet.<\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a href=\"http:\/\/baroga.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/04\/dscn9841.jpg\" class=\"thickbox no_icon\" title=\"dscn9841.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/baroga.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/04\/dscn9841.thumbnail.jpg\" alt=\"dscn9841.jpg\" class=\"imageframe imgaligncenter\" height=\"270\" width=\"360\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Wenn die Bl\u00fcten aber ganz offen sind, sammle ich sie ein und mache damit eine Konfit\u00fcre. Dieses Rezept (es gibt deren verschiedene) habe ich von meiner Schwester, die in Italien lebt, bekommen.<\/p>\n<p><font color=\"#333399\">When all the blooms are open, I collect them and make a tasty marmalade. This recipe (there are various of them) I got from my sister who lives in Italy.<\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a href=\"http:\/\/baroga.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/04\/_mg_1690.jpg\" class=\"thickbox no_icon\" title=\"_mg_1690.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/baroga.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/04\/_mg_1690.thumbnail.jpg\" alt=\"_mg_1690.jpg\" class=\"imageframe imgaligncenter\" height=\"240\" width=\"360\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Dazu brauche ich ca. 180-200 offene Bl\u00fcten. Ich zupfe die Bl\u00fctenbl\u00e4tter weg, denn das Gr\u00fcne ist leicht bitter.<\/p>\n<p><font color=\"#333399\">I need about 180-200 open blooms and but I only use the petals, as the green part is slightly  bitter.<\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a href=\"http:\/\/baroga.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/04\/_mg_1691.jpg\" class=\"thickbox no_icon\" title=\"_mg_1691.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/baroga.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/04\/_mg_1691.thumbnail.jpg\" alt=\"_mg_1691.jpg\" class=\"imageframe imgaligncenter\" height=\"240\" width=\"360\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Dann werden die Bl\u00fctenbl\u00e4tter mit 2 in St\u00fccke geschnittenen  Zitronen und 1 Liter Wasser p\u00fcriert und  anschliessend mit 1kg Zucker w\u00e4hrend 20 Minuten gekocht, bis die Masse leicht zu gelieren beginnt. Eine Variante ist, nur den Zitronensaft zu verwenden und das Ganze ca. 12 Stunden stehen zu lassen, p\u00fcrieren und dann einkochen. So habe ich es dieses Jahr gemacht.<\/p>\n<p><font color=\"#333399\">Two lemons are cut into little pieces and together with all the flower petals and 1 liter of water pur\u00e9e it. Afterwards boil and stir it with 1 kg of sugar during 20 minutes until it gets a little thick (make the jellying test). A second version, just use the lemon juice instead of the whole lemon, leave it for about 12 hours, then pur\u00e9e and boil it the same way. So I dit it this year.  <\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a href=\"http:\/\/baroga.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/04\/dscn9877.jpg\" class=\"thickbox no_icon\" title=\"dscn9877.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/baroga.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/04\/dscn9877.thumbnail.jpg\" alt=\"dscn9877.jpg\" class=\"imageframe imgaligncenter\" height=\"270\" width=\"360\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Heiss in Gl\u00e4ser abf\u00fcllen, verschliessen und sp\u00e4ter geniessen. Da ich dieses Jahr braunen Rohzucker verwendet habe, ist das Ganze etwas weniger gelb als sonst, schmeckt aber genau so gut! This time I used brown sugar and therefor the marmalade looked less yellow than usual. But it tastes as good as always.
