I am not superstitious, not at all! But….I think Friday 13th is always my lucky day! Today I had the chance to go to a Garden Fair not far away from where I live. Just over the Rhine, in Rheinfelden \/Germany, there is „Schloss Beuggen“, a castle built in the 16th century with a big nice court-yard. Here, every summer, is a garden fair for three days. Besides, I love to stroll around on fairs and markets….but my purse doesn’t like it as much! <\/font><\/p>\n

Ich bin \u00fcberhaupt nicht abergl\u00e4ubisch, aber….ich denke, Freitag der 13. ist immer mein Gl\u00fcckstag! Heute hatte ich n\u00e4mlich die Gelegenheit an eine Gartenmesse in meiner N\u00e4he zu gehen. Sie ist seit ein paar Jahren in Rheinfelden \/ Deutschland im Schloss Beuggen (im 16. Jhdt erbaut). Dort hat es einen romantischen Innenhof, wo die Marktst\u00e4nde jeweils f\u00fcr drei Tage stehen. \u00dcbrigens, ich liebe es an M\u00e4rkten herumzuschlendern…..mein Geldbeutel aber weniger!<\/p>\n

There is something for every taste and liking. Es hat f\u00fcr jeden Geschmack etwas.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

Apart from plants and pots, there was a jumble of things – old and new – which should help to decorate and embellish the garden. A lot of nice things of course, but also a lot of trash as on every fair.<\/font><\/p>\n

Nebst Pflanzen, T\u00f6pfen und diversem Gartenzubeh\u00f6r hat es nat\u00fcrlich auch viel Krimskrams, Altes und Neues, witzige, sch\u00f6ne, unn\u00fctze usw. Dekoartikel, kurz alles was das Herz begehrt und man\/frau glaubt sei notwendig f\u00fcr die Versch\u00f6nerung des Gartens. Nat\u00fcrlich hat es wie an jeder Messe auch Ramsch.<\/p>\n

All kind of plants, flowers and spices could be found. Jegliche Art Pflanzen, Blumen, Gew\u00fcrze usw. wurden angeboten. <\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

Rusty iron is „en vogue“ at the moment. You can find all sorts of things in this material, much more than last year. <\/font>
\nRostiges Dekomaterial in allen Variationen scheint im Moment „en vogue“ zu sein. Letztes Jahr gab es viel weniger davon.<\/p>\n
