April ist f\u00fcr mich der Fr\u00fchlingsmonat in dem die Vegetation aufholt und einholt was ein langer oder\/und kalter Winter versp\u00e4ten liess. Alles spriesst und beginnt zu bl\u00fchen, was nicht nur grosse Freude aufkommen l\u00e4sst, sondern bereits wieder viel Arbeit mit sich bringt, denn das Unkraut w\u00e4chst ja auch \ud83d\ude09 !<\/p>\n

For me April is the month that catches up with vegetation when long and cold winters (like this year) delay the process of growth in nature. Everything starts to sprout and bloom, not only bringing joy, but also a lot of work (weed is coming up too) \ud83d\ude09 !<\/span><\/p>\n

Die Gartenbeete verlieren langsam ihr winterbraunes Aussehen und bekommen wieder\u00a0 etwas Farbe.<\/p>\n

My gardenbeds slowly loose their wintery brown look and get a colourful Spring dress.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mit wenigen Ausnahmen\u00a0 (Esche, Catalpa und Ahorn), haben alle B\u00e4ume wieder ihr Bl\u00e4tterkleid, das sich zwar nicht immer im zarten Gr\u00fcn zeigt (hier Katsurabaum).<\/p>\n

All the trees, with a few exceptions (ash tree, catalpa and maple) have got their leaves again, but not all of them show the typical Spring like and fine\u00a0 green (here cercidiphyllum japonicum<\/em>).<\/span><\/p>\n

Und sehr viele Bl\u00fctenknospen verraten bereits ihre zuk\u00fcnftige Farbe.<\/p>\n

And a lot of buds already reveal their future colour.<\/span><\/p>\n

Die Tulpen, in den verschiedensten Farben und Formen, haben ihren grossen Auftritt. Die „gew\u00f6hnlichen “ roten, gelben und lila Sorten vermehren sich fleissig, was ich z.B. von den gef\u00fcllten und etwas spezielleren Farben nicht behaupten kann.<\/p>\n

Tulips of all sorts and colours have their great appearance now. The „ordinary“ red, yellow and purple ones multiply quite easily in the garden,\u00a0 whereas\u00a0 the double sorts and the ones with a special colour don’t do it as I noticed.<\/span><\/p>\n

In unserer Gegend bl\u00fchen nun auch s\u00e4mtliche Obstb\u00e4ume (hier mein Zwetschgenbaum), leider immer nur ein sehr kurzer Genuss.<\/p>\n

In the region where I live, we have a lot of fruit trees. They are blooming now (here my damson tree) and a walk here is a real, but unfortunately a short delight only.<\/span><\/p>\n

Der Nistkasten ist seit kurzem wieder in Beschlag genommen worden, von wem habe ich aber noch nicht gesehen.<\/p>\n

The nesting box has been hogged but I do not know yet of what kind of birds.<\/span><\/p>\n

Zum ersten Mal hat sich eine Taube in unseren Garten verirrt und gurrt auf dem Ahorn ihr Fr\u00fchlingslied. Woher sie wohl kommt, denn Tauben gibt es hier eigentlich nicht. Und nun starten wir in den Wonnemonat Mai, der gerade mit Regentagen angefangen hat.<\/p>\n

And for the first time I saw a dove in our garden, sitting in the maple tree and curring his Spring song. Where does it come from? We usually do not have doves here.
