\"IMG_0223\"<\/a>Kaum gibt es mal einen sch\u00f6nen, sonnigen Tag, da verleiten gewisse Anzeichen im Garten zur Frage ob er schon da sei. Wer? Der Fr\u00fchling nat\u00fcrlich, denn am 1. M\u00e4rz beginnt er ja offiziell meteorologisch.<\/p>\n

Whenever there is a nice and sunny day, certain signs in the garden mislead into believing that it is already here . Who or what is here? Spring of course, as this season is meteorological beginning\u00a0 tomorrow.<\/em><\/p>\n

\"IMG_0945\"<\/a>Die Schneegl\u00f6cklein geh\u00f6ren ja immer zu den ersten Fr\u00fchlingsboten.<\/p>\n

Snowdrops always are one of the first heralds of spring.<\/em><\/p>\n

\"IMG_0967\"<\/a>Dazu geh\u00f6ren ebenfalls die Krokusse, die sich\u00a0 vor kurzem sogar durch die leichte Schneedecke gewagt hatten und dem Garten nun die ersten Farbtupfer bringen.<\/p>\n

So are the crocus which recently came out through the thin snow cover. These spring bloomers give the garden its first burst of colour.<\/em><\/p>\n

\"IMG_0993\"<\/a>Pl\u00f6tzlich stehen die immer mit Sehnsucht erwarteten ersten Fr\u00fchlingsboten ganz stramm wie Soldaten da.<\/p>\n

Suddenly the first heralds of Spring which were\u00a0 eagerly awaited are standing at attention like soldiers.
\n<\/em><\/p>\n

\"IMG_0995\"<\/a>Die M\u00e4rzenbecher erweisen ihrem Namen alle Ehre und sind auch\u00a0 p\u00fcnktlich zum neuen Monat erschienen.<\/p>\n

The spring snowflakes too are blooming now.<\/em><\/p>\n

\"IMG_0988\"<\/a>Freude habe ich an diesen Miniiris, die ich von einer Kollegin im Winter als Ueberraschungstopf zum Geburtstag erhalten habe. Sie werden nach dem Abbl\u00fchen in den Garten gepflanzt.<\/p>\n

I like these mini iris which I got from a friend to my birthday. I didn’t know up to now what kind of plant were hidden in the pot I received. When the flowers are faded I will plant them in a gardenbed.<\/em><\/p>\n

\"IMG_0986\"<\/a>\"IMG_0947\"<\/a>Meine verschiedenen Kamelien bl\u00fchen seit anfangs Februar.<\/p>\n

Since the beginning of February my various camellias are flowering.<\/em><\/p>\n

\"IMG_1002\"<\/a>Alles im Garten sieht so aus wie jedes Jahr im Februar. Nichts ist eigentlich aussergew\u00f6hnlich. Und doch erf\u00fcllen mich die ersten bunten Fr\u00fchlingsbl\u00fcher jedes Jahr von neuem mit grossem Staunen und tiefer Freude. Richtig Fr\u00fchling ist f\u00fcr mich aber dann, wenn ich wieder aktiv im Garten arbeiten kann, es draussen etwas w\u00e4rmer ist als im Moment (aktuell um die 0\u00b0C) und der Boden nicht mehr so nass oder gar gefroren. Ich warte gerne noch ein zwei Wochen, aber dann geht’s bestimmt los \ud83d\ude42 !<\/p>\n

Everything in the garden looks the same as every year in February. There is nothing extraordinary about it. And yet all these first spring bloomers fill my heart again\u00a0 with wonder and delight. Real Spring for me, however, begins when I’m able to work in the garden, when the temperatures are a bit more comfortable than now (actually around 0\u00b0C) and when the soil isn’t so wet and even frozen. I don’t mind to wait for another one or two weeks, but afterwards I’ll certainly start my gardening season \ud83d\ude42 !<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
