Die ersten Morgenstunden gehören mir ganz allein. Heute zeigt der erste Blick hinaus (nordseitig) Nebel.
The early hours of a day are mine alone. Today the first look out of the window shows a foggy day.
Auch durch das ostseitige Fenster ist keine Sonne zu sehen. Aber ich will dennoch auf einen kurzen Spaziergang durch den Garten.
From another window I cannot see any sun either. However, I’d like to stroll through my garden for a short moment.
Hilfe! Wo ist er denn nun? Alles scheint vom Nebel verschluckt worden zu sein.
Help! Where is my garden now? Everything seems to be wreathed in dense fog.
An gewissen Stellen scheint der Nebel ganz hartnäckig zu kleben.
Fog seems to stick persistently in certain places.
Zum Glück dringt immer wieder mal ein gelber Farbtupfer durch das monotone Grau.
Luckily I can see some yellow spots in the monotonous grey mist.
Oder der Rosengang zeigt, dass ich mich doch noch im eigenen Garten befinde 😉 !
And the rose arbour tells me, that I am still walking in my own garden 😉 !
Ein Vorteil hat der Nebel ja auch! Er kaschiert auf sanfte Weise alle Unzulänglichkeiten….aber ich weiss aus so, wieviel Arbeit heute noch auf mich wartet!
In fact, there is an advantage to have fog from time to time. It conceals all the deficiencies in a soft way….but I know in spite of this that there is a lot of work still waiting to be done!

Ich gehe zum Haus zurück und werfe noch einen Blick über meine Schultern. Die Sonne dringt langsam durch den Nebel.
Returning to the house, I have a look back. Sun is slowly piercing the wafts of mist.
Es wird ein schöner Tag werden heute! Aber bis die Sonne ganz da ist, bleibe ich noch im warmen Haus und warte…
It will be a beautiful day, today! However, I’m waiting in the cosy and warm house until the sun definitely comes out…..
